Our world-class research team comprises principal investigators and licensed healthcare professionals with a wealth of experience in the industry.

Dr. Weinberger oversees the strategic direction, expansion and day-to-day operations of the company. Under his leadership, IMA has experienced significant expansion in geography and service offering. Dr. Weinberger received his MS and PhD degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his MPH in epidemiology from New York Medical College. In 2018, Dr. Weinberger completed a Graduate Professional Certificate in Principles of Finance from Harvard’s Extension School. He serves as Clinical Instructor of Psychology in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Bringing over 30 years of clinical research experience with CROs and service providers, Dana joined IMA in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Clinical Research. Having held multiple leadership roles in operations, project management and strategic partnering at ICON and Teckro, Dana’s broad therapeutic experience, operational delivery expertise and success at building organizations will further strengthen IMA.

With over twenty-five years of experience in clinical research and healthcare services, Deb joined IMA in 2021. Her career began in establishing new business infrastructure and sales growth of a site management organization and patient recruitment company. Prior to joining IMA, Deb held numerous executive level positions with ICON Clinical Research and Optum/Quality Metric. This experience provides a broad view across all research stakeholders. Deb brings extensive experience in developing strategic relationships and complex solutions, as well as in sales leadership and marketing.

Debra Nichols

Chief Commercial Officer

Bringing over twenty-one years of clinical research and quality assurance experience with pharmaceutical companies, service providers, software technology and research sites, Andrea joined IMA in 2022.  She has held roles in Clinical Operations, Strategic Alliance Management, Quality Assurance, Process Quality Assurance, Data Protection and Operational Excellence.  Her tenure was spent with several leading clinical research organizations including ICON, IQVIA, Syneos Health and most recently, Teckro a software technology organization. Andrea brings broad expertise in the Quality Assurance space specifically within Audits, CAPA management, FDA inspections, ISO 9001 lead auditor certification, ICH, GCP, Risk Management, Data Protection (GDPR) certification, 21 CFR Part 11 and clinical operations quality.  Andrea’s broad quality experience will further IMA’s expertise in the conduct of clinical trials.

Andrea Parish

Vice President, Quality Assurance

Following a diverse medical career, Dr. Robert Falcone joined IMA Clinical Research in 2022 as Medical Director of the New Jersey research sites. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School after receiving his M.D. degree at Boston University School of Medicine. He was employed at Merck for twenty-one years, holding various positions of increasing responsibility within the employee health area, including Corporate Medical Director and Human Resources Executive Leadership team member. Following his employment at Pfizer,  he and his partners founded Amici Clinical Research, in which he was the Chief Medical Officer and Principal Investigator. He has been the Principal Investigator for over thirty-five clinical studies in cardiovascular or metabolic disease, neurology, gastroenterology or liver disease, vaccines, infectious disease and endocrinology. In addition, he has served as a board trustee at a community hospital and large senior living organization.

Dr. Rocci is a seasoned pharmaceutical scientist and executive with over thirty-five years of business leadership experience, thirty of which have been spent in the Pharmaceutical Services industry. He currently serves as an Executive Advisor to IMA Clinical Research and as Chairman of Solvias AG. Previous executive roles include President of ICON Development Solutions and Chief Executive Officer of Prevalere Life Sciences, Inc. Dr. Rocci began his professional career with academic appointments at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and the Division of Clinical Pharmacology in the Department of Medicine at Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Rocci has extensive advisory and board level experience in the pharmaceutical services sector.

Bringing over forty years of clinical research experience with pharmaceutical companies, service providers and research sites, Mike joined IMA in 2021. He has held roles in operations, strategic planning and proposals, observational research and project directing. His tenure was spent with numerous leading organizations, including Bioclinica, ICON, Ayerst Laboratories and Pfizer. Mike’s broad therapeutic experience across Phase I-IV trials and operational delivery expertise in interventional, pragmatic and observational research models will further IMA’s expertise.

David C. Pulver, MD, CEO and Founder of The IMA Group, is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Addiction Medicine and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College. Since founding IMA thirty years ago, Dr. Pulver has overseen the growth of the company from a single office to a network of more than ninety offices in twenty states and the District of Columbia. He received his MD degree from New York Medical College in 1975.

Executive Chairman, The IMA Group

With extensive experience as a CFO of private equity backed healthcare and healthcare service businesses, Victor has broad management, corporate development and financial expertise. Prior to his work as a CFO, Victor was a private equity investor with Vestar Capital and Capital Z. Earlier in his career, he helped oversee mergers and acquisitions at Assurant and worked at JP Morgan. Victor earned a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Joining IMA in 2019, he currently manages all financial operations.

Erica joined the IMA Group in 2021 as its General Counsel with extensive experience working in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining IMA, she worked for a number of healthcare organizations including the American Diabetes Association, Children’s National Hospital and Baxter Healthcare. In her role, Erica oversees the IMA Group’s legal affairs. Erica earned a B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Lisa joined IMA in 2019 and comes to IMA with over 25 years of experience in human resources and extensive experience in compliance, employment law and mergers and acquisitions. In her HR role, Lisa oversees employee benefits, payroll, employee relations and talent acquisition for all IMA affiliates. Lisa attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and Seattle University School of Law. As Chief Compliance Officer, Lisa is responsible for the IMA Corporate Compliance program.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Michael joined IMA in 2021, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience in strategic IT leadership and management. Prior to IMA, Michael was a consultant with SMC Partners, a healthcare systems consulting company and was responsible for IT at two private equity backed healthcare businesses. Earlier in his career, he was a systems engineer responsible for software development for healthcare related technology platforms. Michael currently manages all IT operations and strategy. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
